Our Return Policy

If your item is damaged or does not work when it arrives, will replace it with an identical clock when you return it to us within the first 30 days after purchase.  You must contact us for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the first 14 days if your clock is defective or was damaged during shipment. If a clock is defective and returned within the allowed period of time, no restocking charges will apply, and we will refund your return shipping charges if you allow us to send a replacement

For damaged or defective items, after the first 30 days, you must return it to the manufacturer for Warranty repair or replacement.

Refunds are given directly to credit card accounts, or, if paid by check, refunded by check, in accordance with the restrictions below. Allow 3-4 weeks for processing of refunds.

In the event a clock is returned for convenience, (you don't like it, or it does not fit your needs, etc), we will issue a credit when returned in the original, undamaged packaging, suitable for resale, within the first thirty days after purchase.  The credit will be issued for the original purchase price, less shipping cost.  If we have any promotions on product or free shipping offers at the time your order is placed and you return it for convenience, we will apply a 20% restocking fee for the shipping we incurred to send the product to you. We encourage you to review our descriptions carefully and ask us questions about our products before making a purchase.   After the 30 day period has passed, we do not accept returns for convenience. 

Returns made without original (manufacturers box) packaging will be credited at a maximum of 50% of the original price.

Our Return Policy when Merchandise is Exchanged

If you would like to EXCHANGE your item for another item, please use the form below to send with your request.  Items must be returned in re-saleable condition to receive credit toward another item.  No restocking fee will be charged when an exchange is requested.

Include your credit card CCV code with this exchange request so we may charge for balance due, or refunds can be applied.

Returns made without original packaging will be credited at a maximum of 50% of the original price.
